Open to every Awana club

Submit a time

Run the event by the rules, have two adults verify it, and send it in. Every submission is checked by a person before it reaches the board, so expect a few days.

Before you open a form

  1. Run the event the way the rules page describes it. A time set a different way cannot be compared with the ones already standing.
  2. Two adults, both present for the attempt: one on the clock, one watching. You will need both names.
  3. Write the time down before you leave the gym. Do not reconstruct it later — print a timing sheet and fill it in as you go.
  4. Send it whether or not it beats anything. Every approved time goes on the board.

You do not have to be the fastest

Not beating the quickest time on the board does not make a time nothing. If it is your church’s fastest in that event and division, it is your church best, and it is marked as one when you look your church up. If it is the quickest from your Awana region, it is a regional record, however it compares with the rest of the board.

So a club that has never won anything still has a board of its own to beat, and most clubs will hold regional records long before they hold the fastest time anywhere.

Pick your form

One form per club, so you only scroll through your own club’s events.

Both forms open in a new tab. Neither asks you to sign in.

About children’s names

The record belongs to the church, and a church name alone is enough. Clubber names are optional. If you do send them, the site shows a first name and a last initial only — never a full name — and we will cut anything longer down before it appears.

Do not send photos, videos, ages, birthdays or addresses. We will not publish them and we would rather not receive them.

What happens next

  • The submission lands in the records spreadsheet marked pending. Pending times are never shown on the site.
  • A moderator checks that the event was run by the rules and that the time is plausible. It is not judged on being fast enough — there is no cutoff.
  • Once approved, it appears on the board within a few minutes.
  • If it is rejected you will hear why, and you are welcome to run it again.

Something wrong on the board?

If a record is wrong, or a name is showing that should not be, contact a moderator and it comes down first and gets discussed second.
